# GET Get a form

Returns one of the customiser's forms. Requires `customisers:read` and is safe to retry. A form belonging to another customiser or another store is indistinguishable from an unknown id.

## Path parameters

- customiser_id (string, required): The customiser id. Example: 1
- form_id (string, required): The form id, from the list forms operation. Example: 7
