# Rename or translate option names (colours, fonts, sizes)

Rename or translate the option names shoppers pick — colours, fonts, sizes, mountings — by editing each option's Label on its own page, not on the Language page.

To rename or translate the **options your shoppers pick** — colours, fonts, sizes, mountings, and so on — edit each option on its own page. This is separate from the **Language** page, which changes the customiser's fixed text (headings, buttons, and messages), not your option names.

For example, to translate your neon tube colours:

1.  Open the **Sign Customiser** admin, go to **Customisers**, and select your customiser.

2.  In the left-hand menu, go to **Sign Components → Tube Colours**.

3.  Click a colour to open it, then change the **Label** field — for example, _Red_ to _Rojo_.

4.  Save, then repeat for each colour.

## Where to rename each type of option

Every option type has its own page. Open the page, click an item, then edit its **Label** (or **Name** for icons). All paths start from **Customisers → \[your customiser\]**. Which sections appear depends on your sign type.

-   **Neon tube colours**: Sign Components → Tube Colours → \[colour\] → Label

-   **Letter colours** (face, side, trim): Letter Types → \[type\] → colour selection → \[colour\] → Label

-   **Fonts**: Fonts → \[font\] → Label

-   **Sizes**: Sizes → \[size\] → Label

-   **Backboards**: Backboards → \[backboard\] → Label

-   **Backboard colours**: Backboards → \[backboard\] → Colours → \[colour\] → Label

-   **Mountings**: Mountings → \[mounting\] → Label

-   **Mounting colours**: Mounting Colours → \[colour\] → Label

-   **Materials**: Materials → \[material\] → Label

-   **Jackets**: Jackets → \[jacket\] → Label

-   **Icons**: Icons → \[icon\] → Name

-   **Additional input options**: Additional Input Options → \[option\] → Label

-   **Letter types**: Letter Types → \[type\] → Label

## What the Language page is for
