A listing in the directory is free. Find Sign Makers Pro is an optional paid upgrade for a claimed profile. This article gives the price, the benefits, the effect of the website link on search engines, the conditions to buy, and the rules for renewal and cancellation. ## What Pro costs Find Sign Makers Pro costs USD 100 per year. No tax is added. Stripe takes USD 100. There is no monthly option. There is one Pro level. ## What you need before you buy Your profile must be publicly verified. A publicly verified profile has these two things: - A verification record. The record is the evidence that you sent to us, the method that we used and the date. - A profile completeness score of 90 or more. If your profile is not publicly verified, the upgrade panel shows the missing fields. It does not show the payment button. Note: Verification is free and stays free. You cannot buy verification. The Verified badge and the Pro badge are two different badges.

## How to buy Pro 1. Sign in at [findsignmakers.com](https://www.findsignmakers.com/login/). 2. Open your dashboard. The Pro panel is at the top of the dashboard home page. 3. Select the upgrade action. We send you to the Stripe checkout page. 4. Pay with your card. Stripe does the card operations. The billing page in the dashboard navigation shows the same status. ## What Pro gives you today - Your profile is matched first for quote requests. A quote request matches three manufacturers. A maximum of two of those places go to publicly verified Pro members. - Your profile is put above free profiles on the hub listing pages. ## What Pro gives you in a later release We announced these benefits on 13 September 2026. They are not live yet. The project gallery and the contact card are on each verified public profile today. We send you an email before the change. - Your project gallery becomes a Pro feature and stays on your public profile. - Your email address and your telephone number become a Pro feature. They stay on your public profile. - Your website link becomes a prominent link. We mark it as a sponsored link. - A Pro badge goes on your profile and on your listing cards. - Your profile gets priority placement on every listing page, not only the hub pages. ## Is the website link a dofollow link? No. The website link on a Pro profile will have the sponsored link attribute. A sponsored link tells search engines that you pay for the placement. Search engine policy makes this necessary for a paid link. A sponsored link does not pass search authority. We do not promise a change to your search rank. ## Renewal Your subscription renews each year on the same date. We send a reminder email 14 days before that date. Stripe takes USD 100 from your card on that day. ## Change your card, read your invoices or cancel Open the billing page in your Find Sign Makers dashboard. Select the action that manages billing. The Stripe billing portal for Find Sign Makers opens. In the portal you can do these three things: - Read your invoices and download them. - Change the card that you pay with. - Cancel your subscription. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the year that you paid for. Your Pro benefits continue to that date. We take no more payments. Your listing stays in the directory as a free profile. You keep your dashboard, your profile editor and your quote inbox. You keep your Verified badge while your profile stays publicly verified. ## Refunds Cancellation does not refund the year that you paid for. There is no automatic refund. It is a paid advertising channel in the Sign Customiser app. It shows your company to new Sign Customiser merchants. Find Sign Makers is the public directory. The two programmes have different applications and different payments. You can join one programme or both programmes.
