# Creating and managing multiple stores under one account

This feature is not currently supported for Shopify customers. Sign Customiser supports multiple stores under a single company account, allowing you to manage different websites, platforms, or brands independently. Each store keeps its own configuration, customisers, and integration settings.

Sign Customiser supports multiple stores under a single company account, allowing you to manage different websites, platforms, or brands independently. Each store keeps its own configuration, customisers, and integration settings.

## Add a store

Follow these steps to add an additional store to your account:

1.  **Sign in to the Sign Customiser admin.** Open [web.signcustomiser.com](https://web.signcustomiser.com/) and log in.

2.  **Open the store switcher.** Click your current store name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.

3.  **Click "Add a store"** at the bottom of the dropdown.

4.  **Read the banner** in the dialog. It explains: _"Additional stores get 50% off their subscription. You'll choose a plan on the next screen — the discount is applied at checkout. You can rename or remove the store later."_

5.  **Enter a store name** in the **Store name** field (placeholder: "e.g. New York Showroom"). Use a name that makes the store easy to identify in the switcher later.

6.  **Click "Add store."** You're switched into the new store and taken straight to the **Subscription** page so you can pick a plan. The 50% additional-store discount is applied at checkout.

## Switching between stores

To work on a different store within your account:

1.  **Open the store switcher.** Click the current store name in the top-left of the sidebar.

2.  **Pick the store you want.** Each row shows the store's name with a compact `Store ID 1234 · USD` line underneath, so you can tell similarly-named stores apart at a glance.

3.  **Wait for the switch.** The page reloads with the selected store active.

## Pricing for additional stores

Each store needs its own subscription. Your primary store is billed at full price; every additional store gets **50% off**. The discount is applied at checkout when you choose a plan for the new store.

-   Your primary store has a **Primary** badge in the subscriptions page. Hovering it shows: _"This store is billed at full price. All other stores in your company get a 50% discount."_

-   Every additional store you add appears next to the primary on the subscriptions page with the discount already applied.
