If you are having difficulty setting up your customiser or are experiencing an issue in Shopify, our support team may ask for permission to access your store so we can investigate and resolve the issue for you.
This guide explains how to view and accept a collaborator request in Shopify.
Log in to your Shopify admin.
Use the search bar to search for Users and Permissions, or navigate to Settings > Users and Permissions. You can also access the request directly from the email sent by Shopify, which will include our company name, Sky Foundry.
βIn the Users and Permissionssettings, scroll to the Collaborators section: You should see a pending request from Sky Foundry.
Click the Review Request.
βReview the permissions requested.
We only request the permissions required to resolve the issue. These typically include:
- Orders
- Products
- Discounts
- Menus
- Themes
- Blog posts and pages.In the App and sales channel permissions section, make sure the Sign Customiser app is checked. If your issue involves another app, make sure it is enabled as well.
βClick Accept Request.
Once accepted, please notify our support team so we can begin working at your store
