AI Credits Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These AI Credits Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of AI credits and participation in the referral programme offered by Sign Customiser (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By earning, receiving, or using AI credits, or by participating in our referral programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms supplement our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Types of AI Credits

Sign Customiser provides two types of credits for AI Sign Designer conversions.

Free Monthly Credits

Current ladder plans include Free Monthly Credits. Yearly plans receive the same monthly allowance as the equivalent monthly plan.

Free Monthly Credits reset on your monthly billing anniversary. Unused Free Monthly Credits expire when the allowance resets. Free Monthly Credits also expire when your plan ends.

AI purchased credits

AI purchased credits are credits that you buy or receive as a reward, gift, or referral bonus. AI purchased credits never expire.

Both types of AI credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged. You may use AI credits only for AI Sign Designer conversions in Sign Customiser.

3. Referral Programme Terms

How the Programme Works

Our referral programme allows existing Store owners to invite others to Sign Customiser. When a referred Store owner joins and makes qualifying purchases, both Store owners may receive AI credit bonuses.

Referral Rewards

• Subscription reward: When a referred Store subscribes, the referrer receives 10 AI purchased credits. This reward is available once for each referred Store.
• AI credit purchase reward: The referrer receives a 50% AI purchased credit bonus on the first qualifying purchase after code application. This reward is available once for each referred Store.
• Referred Store bonus: The referred Store receives the same 50% AI purchased credit bonus on that qualifying purchase. This bonus is available once.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the referral programme:

• The referred Store must not have an active subscription when the referral is applied
• You cannot refer yourself or refer users within the same company
• Only one referral code may be applied per Store
• A referral cookie is stored for 90 days after someone opens a referral link

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to earn referral AI credits
• Using automated systems or bots to generate referrals
• Misrepresenting your relationship with Sign Customiser
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging to promote referrals
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or gaming of the AI credits or referral system
• Any other behaviour that we, in our sole discretion, deem fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of these programmes

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes abuse of the AI credits or referral programme.

5. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the AI credits programme, referral programme, or any aspect thereof at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:

• Changing the credit amounts or bonus percentages
• Modifying eligibility requirements
• Altering how AI credits may be earned or used
• Discontinuing the programmes entirely

6. Credit Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke, cancel, or invalidate any AI credits at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• AI credits were obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms
• AI credits were obtained through a technical error or glitch
• The activity that generated the AI credits was in violation of our Terms of Service
• Any other circumstances that warrant such action

Revocation may occur retroactively and without prior notice.

7. No Guarantee

AI credits and referral rewards are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The continued availability of AI credits or the referral programme
• The ability to use AI credits for any particular purpose
• The accuracy of AI credit balances
• The processing or application of referral codes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sign Customiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Changes to the AI credits or referral programme
• Revocation of AI credits
• Technical issues affecting AI credit balances
• Any disputes related to referrals or AI credits

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia, Australia.
