1. Introduction

Welcome to Sign Customiser (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of signcustomiser.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, and applications offered by Sign Customiser (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site and Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Orders

When you place an order on the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You further agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Payment

We accept various forms of payment as listed on the Site. You agree to abide by any relevant terms and conditions or service agreements associated with your chosen payment method.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

7. Find Sign Makers Pro Included with a Subscription

Find Sign Makers is a different website that we operate at findsignmakers.com. It is a separate property. It is not a part of the Services. Find Sign Makers Pro is the paid level of that directory.

Find Sign Makers Pro is included with an active paid Sign Customiser subscription when your listing is linked and publicly verified. Not on trial or the Development plan. It ends when the subscription ends or the listing is unlinked.

The Store owner links the listing from the Find Sign Makers Pro page of your Sign Customiser admin. The manufacturer agrees through a one-time link that we send by email.

These conditions apply to the benefit:

• The Find Sign Makers terms of use control your use of that directory.
• The benefit applies to one linked listing for each company.
• Your listing must be publicly verified before the benefit starts.
• The benefit stops when your subscription ends. It stops immediately when you unlink the listing.
• The benefit has no cash value and no refund value.
• We do not decrease your subscription fee if you do not use the benefit.
• We do not refund any part of your subscription fee when the benefit ends.

You can also buy Find Sign Makers Pro on its own for USD 100 per year.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on the Site are owned by or licensed to Sign Customiser and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content, trademarks, or designs from the Site without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sign Customiser, nor its directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, or content providers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
