The new Buy AI credits page replaces AI credit packs. On this page, set the number of AI credits that you need, from 20 to 1,000. One AI credit costs $0.25. When you buy 120 or more AI credits in one purchase, you get 10% off each AI credit.
What’s Changed
- 20 to 1,000 AI credits in steps of 10Type a number, or select 40, 120, 250, 500 or 1,000. The page rounds a number that you type to a step of 10.
- 10% off from 120 AI creditsWhen you buy 120 or more AI credits in one purchase, each AI credit costs $0.225. For example, 120 AI credits cost $27.00.
- Order summaryBefore you pay, the order summary shows the price, the discount, the total in USD and your balance after the purchase. To pay, click the buy button, for example Buy 120 AI credits.
- Referral codesIf you installed Sign Customiser from a referral link, Sign Customiser saves the code. Sign Customiser applies it on your first AI credit purchase, also if you subscribed or started a trial after you installed. A code saved before this update does not apply after a subscription. If your Store has no referral and no subscription, you can click Add a referral code in the order summary.
- Refer a StoreCopy your referral link or your referral code, or click Invite by email. When the other Store first buys AI credits with your code, each Store gets 50% of that purchase as extra AI credits, rounded up.

To open the page, go to Billing on Universal or Subscription/Credit on Shopify. Then click Buy AI credits on the AI Credits card.
