Auto-Save Customer selections

Customers can leave your website and return later with their previous selections automatically pre-loaded in the customiser.

This feature helps increase conversions by allowing customers to continue where they left off without having to redo their design.

Enable Auto-Save for Designs

  1. Go to the Sign Customiser Admin:

    • Universal subscribers: Go to Home in your account.

    • Shopify users: Navigate to Shopify admin → Apps → Sign Customiser.

  2. Click on Customisers in the menu.

  3. Select the customiser you want to edit.

  4. From the left-hand menu, go to Save and Share.

  5. In the Share Sign Location section, check the Save sign design for next visit checkbox.

  6. Save your changes.
