Mobile Style Options | Sign Customiser Docs

Choose how the customer customiser presents its options on mobile. Every customiser can use either Stacked all at once or One Selection at a Time.

In the merchant admin, open your customiser and go to Settings > General Settings > Mobile Style Options.

Choose a mobile view

Use the Mobile View setting to choose one of these layouts:

Stacked all at once: Shows all customisation options on one scrollable page.
One Selection at a Time: Guides customers through separate steps, such as Text, Font, Size and Letter Type. Customers can use the pill navigation and the Previous or Next controls to move between steps.

One Selection at a Time is available for every new and existing customiser.

Settings for One Selection at a Time

When you select One Selection at a Time, two extra settings appear:

Show Navigation Menu on Mobile: Shows or hides the step navigation menu.
Show Navigation Menu First: Opens the navigation menu before the first customisation step, so customers can jump directly to a selection.

Settings for Stacked all at once

When you select Stacked all at once, you can keep the visualiser in view while customers scroll and choose where the price and finish button appear.

Settings shared by both views

Mobile Selection Options Display: Shows selection options in a horizontal scroll or a vertical stack.
Initial Selection Screen: Shows or hides the opening choice between text and custom design.
Visualiser Height Percentage: Controls how much of the mobile screen the visualiser occupies.
