How to find and download your invoices

Your invoice location depends on whether you pay for Sign Customiser through Universal or Shopify.

Using both platforms? Shopify and Universal have separate subscriptions and invoice histories. Follow the section for the plan you need to check.

Find invoices for a Universal plan

Universal invoices include subscription charges and one-off AI sign designer credit purchases.

  1. Log in to Sign Customiser Universal.

  2. In the left sidebar, find Your Company, then select Billing.

  3. If you manage more than one store, select Manage subscription on the store whose invoices you need. A single-store account opens its subscription page directly.

  4. Under Your Current Plan, select View invoices.

Your Stripe invoice history opens in a new tab. Select an invoice to view its details or download the PDF.

Billing is locked? Only company admins can open Universal billing. Ask a company admin to update your role or download the invoice for you.

Find charges for a Shopify plan

Shopify bills your Sign Customiser subscription and AI credit purchases. These charges appear on your Shopify bill, not in the Universal invoice history.

  • Manage your Sign Customiser plan: Open Shopify admin, then go to Apps → Sign Customiser → Subscription/Credit.
