How to enable/disable SVG, EPS, and Illustrator-compatible PDF files for manufacturing

To enable/disable SVG, EPS, and Illustrator-compatible PDF files for manufacturing purposes please follow these instructions.

1. Navigate to Sign Customiser admin on your store.

2. Click on “Customisers” in the home menu

3. Click on the customiser you wish to edit

4. From the left-hand menu, go to Settings → General Settings.

5. Scroll down to the Generate SVG image of sign section. You’ll see three options:

   • SVG Image — the scalable vector file used for CNC machines and letter tracing.

   • EPS Image — opens in most cutting, routing, and plotting software.

   • AI Image — an Illustrator-compatible PDF saved with an .ai filename that opens cleanly in Adobe Illustrator.

   Set any of these to Yes to enable the file type for this customiser.

6. Hit save at the bottom of the form.
