Sign Customiser

If you cannot see your orders in Universal Sign Customiser, examine the setup of your integration. The cause is different for each platform.

WooCommerce orders

The WooCommerce integration that you connect in Sign Customiser does not need a Sign Customiser API key (API token). When you connect WooCommerce, Sign Customiser adds an order.created webhook to your WooCommerce store. WooCommerce uses this webhook to send each new order to Sign Customiser.

If you cannot see a WooCommerce order, do these checks:

  • Make sure that the order contains a sign that a customer designed in your customiser. Sign Customiser shows only the orders that contain its products.

  • Make sure that your Store has an active Sign Customiser subscription.

  • In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks. Make sure that the webhook Sign Customiser - order.created is in the list and its status is Active.

  • If the status of the webhook is not Active, edit the webhook in WooCommerce. Set its status to Active, then click Save webhook.

  • If the webhook is not in the list, go to the integrations page in Sign Customiser. Click View Details on your WooCommerce integration. Click Edit Integration, then click Update. Sign Customiser adds the webhook again.

Why a Custom API integration needs an API key
