Fix conflicting Shopify Markets price adjustments

Fix conflicting catalogue price adjustments so the customiser can show the correct Shopify Markets prices.

This warning means that one Shopify Market uses two or more active catalogues with different percentage price adjustments. The customiser cannot identify which adjustment Shopify applies, so it uses currency conversion without the adjustment.

The warning names each Shopify Market that has conflicting adjustments. It shows on the Home page of Sign Customiser in your Shopify admin after you create a customiser. To find it, open Sign Customiser from your Shopify admin. The Home page opens. The warning does not show in the Universal admin.

Before you start

If the Home page shows Approve Shopify Markets access, select it and approve access first. Until you approve access, Sign Customiser does not find this conflict. It also does not apply Market price adjustments in previews. For more detail, see Enable Shopify markets on your store.

Fix the price adjustments

In your Shopify admin, go to Markets > Catalogs.
Open each active catalogue for a Shopify Market named in the warning.
In the Pricing section, check the Price adjustment field.
Do one of these actions:
- Keep one active catalogue with a price adjustment.
- Give all active catalogues the same percentage adjustment.
Select Save.
Repeat these steps for each Shopify Market in the warning.

Check that the warning clears

Sign Customiser shows the adjusted price automatically after the Shopify Markets lookup refreshes. This can take up to ten minutes.

The warning clears after the Sign Customiser check refreshes. After you fix the catalogues, wait up to five minutes. Then reload the Home page.
