Fix conflicting catalogue price adjustments so the customiser can show the correct Shopify Markets prices.

This warning means that one Shopify Market uses two or more active catalogues with different percentage price adjustments. The customiser cannot identify which adjustment Shopify applies, so it uses currency conversion without the adjustment.

The warning names each Shopify Market that has conflicting adjustments.

Fix the price adjustments

  1. In your Shopify admin, select Markets. If Shopify shows Markets in Settings, go to Settings and select Markets.

  2. Select one of the Shopify Markets named in the warning.

  3. Select Products and pricing.

  4. Review the active catalogues for the Shopify Market. If Shopify shows Catalogs instead, select the plus icon next to Catalogs, or go to Markets > Catalogs and open the catalogue.

  5. Keep one active catalogue with a price adjustment, or give all active catalogues the same percentage adjustment.

  6. Repeat these steps for each Shopify Market in the warning.

Sign Customiser shows the adjusted price automatically after the Shopify Markets lookup refreshes. This can take up to five minutes.
