Copy a customiser to another store you own
Run more than one store? Our support team can copy a customiser from one of your stores into another. Here's what we need to do it.

If you run more than one store, our support team can copy a customiser from one of your stores into another. It saves you rebuilding the same customiser by hand — we copy its full setup (products, sizing, colours, fonts, pricing and settings) into the other store.
Copying within the same store? You can do that yourself in a few seconds — see Duplicating a customiser. This article is for copying into a different store.
Who this is for
We can copy a customiser between two stores when you own, or are part of the team for, both stores. We don’t copy a customiser out of a store you don’t own or aren’t part of the team for.
What we need from you
Send these four things to our support team in the chat:
-
The store the customiser is on now — its web address (for Shopify, your
your-store.myshopify.comURL). -
The store you want it copied to — the destination store’s web address.
-
The customiser ID (or IDs) you want copied — you can list as many as you like. Find your Sign Customiser ID shows where to look. We work from the ID, not the name, so the ID is the part we need.
-
Confirmation that you own, or are part of the team for, both stores. A quick “yes, both stores are ours” is all we need.
How to request it
Message us in the chat with the four details above. There’s no form or template to fill in — just send them across and we’ll make the copy for you. We do each one by hand, so it isn’t instant, but it’s usually done quickly once we have everything.
Good to know
-
It’s a copy, not a move. The original customiser stays exactly as it is on the first store.
-
Prices come across unchanged by default. If you’d like them adjusted — a different currency or a markup, say — tell us and we’ll apply it when we copy.
-
When it’s done, open the destination store and check the copy over. If anything looks off, let us know and we’ll sort it.
