Learn how to manage your account on Sign Customiser
- Subscription Plans and Billing ExplainedSign Customiser offers billing plans for the Shopify and Universal platforms. This guide explains how billing works and how to change a plan. It also answers common questions about subscriptions and order limits. You can use our app on Shopify and on Universal. Universal covers WordPress (through WooCommerce) and Wix. A Shopify plan and a Universal plan are separate. If you use both, you must buy a plan for each.
- Accepting Collaborator Request in ShopifyUse this guide to view and accept a collaborator request in Shopify. Log in to your Shopify admin. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users. If your store is not part of a Shopify organisation, the menu item is named Users and permissions. On the Users page, click the Requests tab. Find the collaborator request from Sky Foundry. If you do not see a request, check the collaborator request code for your store. Go to Settings > Users > Security. The Collaborators card shows the code. On a store that is not part of a Shopify organisation, the card is on the Users and permissions page. When Shopify requires the code, only people who have the code can send a collaborator request. You must still review and approve each request from Users. On the Requests tab, click the collaborator request that you want to manage. In the Roles section, review the auto-generated role for the collaborator. Shopify groups the permissions into categories, such as Orders, Products, Discounts and Content. Make sure the role gives permission for the Sign Customiser app. If your problem involves another app, make sure the role gives permission for that app too. Click Accept request.
